If the oil and gas industry friendly Republicans in Harrisburg had succeeded in full enactment of ACT 13 in 2012, these huge pits could be installed within 300-feet of your home, even if you lived in a highly protective R-1 residential zone!

These sorts of toxic wastewater pits should be BANNED in Pennsylvania!
